Full Description
Reserve this shuttle service and guarantee easy access to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise in Banff National Park. Enjoy a round-trip transfer service from Canmore and take the stress out of your travel plans.
Meet at 1 central point in Banff or 2 central points in Canmore and board the spacious, high-roof vehicle which will take you to Banff National Park. Relax on the journey to the national park and admire the views along the way.
Be dropped off at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise and take some time to snap stunning photos of the vibrant blue waters. Enjoy 1 hour of free time to explore each. Afterward, board the bus for the return journey to Banff/Canmore, with drop-off in the center of town.
Meeting Point
For Banff pickup, please meet us at Mount Royal Hotel and allow an extra 5 minutes for parking and walking to the meeting point if you are driving. We don't pickup our dear guests from their accommodations. We pickup from our pickup points.

Child Safety Seats
In compliance with Alberta bylaw, children under 6 years old weighing 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must use a child safety seat. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability if you don’t have your own child safety seat. A fee of CAD 25 applies for using our child seat, covering maintenance and sanitation costs. Boarding will not be allowed without prior confirmation of availability, or if a parent arrives without a child seat. No refunds will be granted for non-compliance.

Before You Book
- A minimum of 4 guests are required to operate. In the event that the minimum number is not met, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund
- This is a shared shuttle transfer and can be booked by multiple individuals/groups (maximum 14 travelers in total)
- This activity takes about 5 to 5.5 hours and ends back at the meeting point
- The vehicle is a white or deep grey high-roof Ford Transit Van
- Allow an extra 5 minutes for parking and walking to the meeting point if you are driving.
Cancellation Policy for Moraine Lake & Lake Louise shared transfer and sunrise trips
- To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 48 hours before the start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
- Additionally, any changes requested within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. Changes to the reservation, including pick-up/drop-off locations, date, or time, are dependent on availability.
- Failure to cancel a reservation or a no-show will result in no refund.
- All changes or cancellations must be communicated via email. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellations and refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days.
This service is weather-dependent. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, you will have the option to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
